Booking policies

– Your reservation will be confirmed once you pay 50% of the total amount of your stay. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival.

– A security deposit of €300 is required before check-in on Sollar da Motta, and €100 on Loft Tapada. The deposit will be entirely refunded after check-out, if everything is in order.

– Check-in time is from 15:00. Check-out time is until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be negotiated.

– Cleaning fees: An additional cleaning fee of €38.00 applies to Loft Tapada, and a fee of €70.00 applies to Solar da Motta.

– Pets on request.

Cancellation policy
– Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
– Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.
– 50% refund for cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before check-in.
– No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
