TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Gift Card referred to in these Terms and Conditions is issued by and owned by Solar Da Motta | Douro River Boutique Home, based in Solar Da Motta, Rua de Esmoriz, nº. 38 Ancede, Baião, 4640-015 Baião.

The Gift Card is subject to these Terms and Conditions, and upon acquiring it, the buyer is deemed to have read and accepted them.

Each Gift Card has a unique reference code and:

Can be used in Solar Da Motta | Douro River Boutique Home.

After purchasing the Gift Card, it cannot be returned.

The Gift Card is sold only to individuals, in a variable amount, determined by the customer, between 230.00 Euros (two hundred and thirty euros) and 680.00 Euros (six hundred and eighty euros), with all taxes included.

The use of the Gift Card is subject to the availability of Solar Da Motta | Douro River Boutique Home.

Solar Da Motta | Douro River Boutique Home may apply date restrictions and other restrictions.

For all services, advance reservation must be made and the Gift Card must be presented upon arrival at the accommodation.

The Gift Card is for single use and cannot be used in part or exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash.

If the expenses exceed the value of the Gift Card, the remainder will be paid directly to the owners of Solar Da Motta.

The Gift Card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue and cannot be used outside of that period.

Solar Da Motta | Douro River Boutique Home is not responsible for the loss or theft of the Gift Card. The Gift Card is not replaceable in case of loss, damage, theft, expiration and will be canceled if altered, photocopied or reproduced.

Solar Da Motta | Douro River Boutique Home is not responsible for omissions or spelling errors on the Gift Card.

Solar Da Motta | Douro River Boutique Home reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation, application, execution, termination thereof, it must be submitted to the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center.
