SINCE 1904
A living heritage
Built in 1904, the estate was acquired in 1929 by Norberto Pinto da Motta. Restored in 2014 while preserving its architectural identity, it opened to guests in 2017.

Four double bedrooms and two single beds in a connecting room on the second floor. One additional sofa bed may be available on request.
High season — 15 June to 15 September: base rate €380/night for two guests, plus €60 per additional guest per night. No cleaning, service or short-stay fees on direct bookings.

Booking and cancellation terms
1. Reservations and payments
For bookings made more than 15 days before arrival, 50% of the stay is due at confirmation. The remaining 50% is due no later than 15 days before arrival. For bookings made 15 days or less before arrival, full payment (100%) is due when booking.
2. Refundable security deposit
Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of €300 applies to Solar da Motta and €100 to Loft Tapada. It is returned following check-out and property inspection, subject to any damage or contractually payable amounts. This is not a service fee.
3. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be agreed in advance, subject to availability.
4. Rates and additional fees
There are no additional cleaning, service or short-stay fees on direct bookings. Rates vary by season and number of guests. Any applicable mandatory taxes will be displayed before confirmation.
5. Pets
Pets are welcome at Loft Tapada. At Solar da Motta, pets are subject to prior request and confirmation.
6. Cancellations
More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of payments made. Between 15 and 30 days before arrival, inclusive: a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total booking value, with any amount paid above that refunded. Less than 15 days before arrival: non-refundable, subject to applicable legal rights and expressly accepted exceptions.
7. Information and acceptance
All applicable terms will be shown before a reservation is finalised. Confirmation depends on availability and payment validation. These terms will undergo a final review before going live.
